Water Reducing Agent is a kind of efficient non-air entraining water reducing agents compounded form anion active agent natural heavy polymer after a series of chemical reaction. It has strong diffusion effect on cement, so it adaptable to all kinds of cements. It can be used to confect high-strength concrete, high liquid concrete and early concrete. It's applicable for steam-curing and natural curing prefabricated parts for roads, bridges, Tunnels, dams, docks, electricity, water conservancy and civil construction.
2. Water Reducing Agent Main application 1). Potentiation effect: Early strengthing effect and potentiating effect of concrete mixed with efficient lignin polycarboxylates concrete water reducing agent is significantly strengthened. Hardness of concrete is improved by 60-90% in 3 days and 40-60% in 7 days. Hardness will be further improved during later period. 2). Plasticization effect: Water Reducing Agent can raise slump constant of concrete significantly to 10 cm plus and improve workability of concrete under the same cement consumption and water-cement ratio. 3). Water Reducing Agent is able to save cement consumption by 10-20% with same base concrete under the same concrete strength. 4). Water Reducing Agent is adaptable to all kinds of cements, which facilitates the construction. It improves the compressive strength, tensile strength, foldin strength and later strength of concrete.
3. Water Reducing Agent Usage and cautions Dosage: 0.2-0.3% by powder and 0.4-0.6% by liquid. Dosage can be adjusted according to need. Usage: Powder should be mixed into directly or after confected into liquid. Liquid should be evenly mixed according to quantity Measurement. It's advisable to do experimental test to indentify optimum dosage before use.
